Maybe nutrient lockout

I have been using general hydroponics flora range but have now worked out I have been using way to much as I went by the label for amounts. Since then I have done much more research and for a cocoa perlite mix I should have been using half to a quarter of the nutrients I was using.
My plants have been healthy until now when producing flowers and I have noticed this happening consistently now.
Can you please give me suggestions on how to fix this as soon as possible.
Thanks I have added photos

I was mixing at per litre grow 2ml bloom 4ml micro 3ml.
PH 6-6.5
Was also adding
Root nectar 0.5ml per litre
Cargo boost 1-1.5ml per litre
Terpine Gold 2ml per litre
Heavy weight 2ml per litre
Only started calimagic in last week at 1 ml per litre

I have now changed to per litre
Grow 2ml bloom 16ml micro 6ml
Every 2nd feed will add cargo boost 2ml
Calimagic 1ml
I have now stopped using terpine gold and heavy weight regularly maybe every 4th feed but won’t use cargo boost.

I am also giving just ph6 water on Thursday and Sunday to try to reduce nutrient blockout and have been doing this for 2 weeks now.

I have room setup with
1000w hps
Air con running to keep room around 26degrees
Humidity controller set to 60%
Fresh air drawn from inside house different room
Carbon dioxide which is giving around 700-1200ppm
Perlight coco mix soil

never give coco plain water. use a much lighter nute solution to fix a lockout via flush.

and i'm not sure about your nute mix: i used H3AD's formula for coco: 6mL/gal micro/ 9mL/gal bloom 1gram per gallon Epsom salt.

yes ok I will change to that and see how I go.
Thank you for your help I will
Let you know how I go in a couple of weeks
Cheers
you should check your runoff while at the same doing a flush of maybe 6 micro/9 bloom in 3 gallons of water for a day or 2. that should get the coco back to good condition again.
