Gypsum + Epsom salt not gonna cause too much Sulfur? Baring in mind my base nute has a bit of Sulfur 4.5%

Not in my experience. It is good to have a generous amount of S.
I'd listen to the chemist. Anyway let's ask @Dr. Who he was just discussing the role of increased S in terpene production.
Ok great thanks. When sourcing the gypsum anything specific I should be looking for or are they all the same? Found a bag of 3kg gypsum advertised as a soil improver
I agree it increases terpene production from my research just unsure of the ppm that would cause burn

I’ll get myself some of both and on my next refill I’ll do 1g/5l gypsum and 1g/4l Epsom and hopefully never have this issue again
In hydro you are looking for burn at your tips. That tells you to back it off a little. At least that's how I run hydro on new strains I haven't dialed in. Oh and since I pheno hunt they are almost all new strains.

Just repeating. It doesn't necessarily mean you need more. I know that doesn't exactly give an answer. I just think it's good to remember. For example, you've double checked your pH meter (if using one), or tried drop test kit on some other more known pH to compare? Just trying to help somehow.
If you can find out what the low N CaliMagic is "derived from" (made of) - ie: the source of calcium, magnesium, etc., then you can look for those products individually. Like MgSO4, etc.

Lastly, again, why not use a elemental nutrient calculator and share what (approximate) levels things are at? It's just a little bit more info/insight into things.

I can’t tell you which ion. In your position my next move would be to listen to Annie’s good advice and add Ca. It’s a low-risk high-gain action.
Gonna do that as soon as the gypsum arrives in the mail on Monday. I guess I couldn’t understand having a nutrient toxicity and a deficiency at same time... when my previous grow was fine.
but come to think of it there was one difference in my last grow I forgot all about, I was using temporary lights before I switched on my high powered cobs... these leds are putting out 1500ppfd across the canopy at max power.
You show a K def too. In hydro I look for a burnt tip. I'd leave the nutrients where they are and I'd simply add the Ca. I do not understand why you seem to want to do anything but add Ca? You will get all kinds of suggestions that support you in doing that. Ultimately it's your grow and you will have to live with your decision. Best part about that is you will learn from whatever choice you make.
