Any MEGA Crop users?

I'm thinking of switching over to Mega Crop from my current, more expensive nutrient line. I'm growing in a 50% coco 50% peat mixture.

My question is for bloom, should I use say half the recommended mega crop, plus bud explosion plus CalMag pro? Also, the CalMag pro has lots of calcium but low mag, should that matter in coco? I posted a picture of the back of the CalMag pro bag.

First off I myself wouldnt use that pro stuff in flower. Too much nitrogen for what I want, In flower I want to use the least amount of nitrogen as possible and I can get there using other products.

I would suggest to not go by the recommendation on the product and use a ppm meter to measure what you are feeding them.

Learn to read a plant use a ppm meter to measure the strength of the nutrients you are giving them and sit back to see the results, make adjustment accordingly. Start on the low side. Excessive salts restrict plant growth.

Its definitely cheap and fairly effective. Ive had decent results just throwing MC and BE at them, but working on dialing it in a bit more now.
The new version has a lot of cal and mag in it, you wont need to add any unless youre using RO water. I actually just realized im high on calcium and eliminating my half dose of calimagic on the next water change.
4g MC 1g epsom 1g MKP per gallon for full strength is pretty much lucas formula. I recently found out my tap water is around 40/10 Ca/Mg so im eliminating the calimagic.
Comparison of the BE and MKP in the second chart.
my post if you want to see what ive done with MC recently.

Mega crop for veg and maxi bloom for flower is a cheap and easy way to grow some great weed.
Im considering switching to something else like masterblend for flower. I just bought another big bag though so going to give it this crop and maybe next to see if I can dial it in better with some other stuff.

Wow, very detailed thank you. What’s with adding Epson salts? Don’t we want to eliminate salts in our soil?

I used it on this last run, good nutes, but too much N. Would definitely not feed at the recommended amount, or your flowers will be leafy.
That's why I want more parts like Jack's 321, MasterBlend, or the VitaGrow I use. They're multiple parts which allows you to lower the N if you need to because one part is the calcium nitrate. I used to have a much better opinion of MegaCrop than I do now. They seemed much different when they first showed up but now they're just like most of the other nutrient companies with shiny labels and product names like Sweet Candy and Bud Explosion. At first they claimed to be a 1 part solution. Now they want growers to use another 5 products they sell to get "Maximum" results.

Epsom Salts is not actually salt. It's magnesium sulfate.

"Epsom salt takes its name from a bitter saline spring in Epsom in Surrey, England, where the salt was produced from the springs that arise where the porous chalk of the North Downs meets non-porous London clay.

Magnesium sulfates are common minerals in geological environments."

CalMagPro - horrible N to CA ratio.
Sweet candy is a booster too....
Updated for new BE.
