Sanders isn't a Democrat

He's not gotten support from most Democrats either. The opposite is true.

Sanders is running against Democrats, not for them. He's not even close to winning a majority of delegates. Without a majority or a strong plurality, Democrats won't choose him to be their candidate at the convention. This is for the best because Sanders can't win in the fall.
