Plants fallen over under own weight

Morning all! Woke up today to see 2 of my plants on their side , fallen over. Pics below. I’m sure this has probably caused some stress and damage but all I can do is prop them back up with something. How can I avoid this happening !

I think I’m going to prop them up as I have no clue what I’m doing with LST which is what I assume you mean?

my medium is soil. I honestly thought the stalks would have been strong enough by this point to hold its weight but clearly not!
 
I have two stand up fans and 3 tabletop oscillating fans going in my flower room lol you need lots of air movement. Myveg tent has 3 oscillating...make that air move, but dont hurricane them lol.

New weed grower here (since December), never had a plant fall over like that.
Lots of other problems in soil (usually the roots rotting or failing to develop)
Switched to Coco coir + perlite, and now I can grow roots on my plants.

If a plant gets a bit stretched, I usually top up the growing medium to just below the lowest leaves.

The stress part, yeah pretty much.

As far as wind strengthening the plant, yes that is the case but you are hindering that process by having the medium below the top of the pot, which is killing your airflow (lay in a truck bed with the tailgate closed while the truck is moving, not much airflow, also the reason people that lower the tailgate thinking they are getting better gas mileage are morons)

defo has perlite in the soil, must have been the previous pic!

so I scratched my head and decided to just go to McDonald’s and get a coffee - whilst in there they gave me a stirrer like a wooden stick - inspiration struck and I took 40 off them, came home and then used the sticks to reinforce the stems. I’ve also repositioned the fan so it’s blowing more onto the plants from above, so there is more air flow.

see it’s funny you should say that. Originally when I potted my seeds my medium, my soil, was at the top of the pot and I’d filled it with 12L which was the max it would hold. Over the last week the ground levels seem to just be skrinking, even after I’ve watered it. Its weird. It’s like soil is vanishing
 
I came into this thread expecting to see plants well into flower falling over. Not the case!

You have neglected to answer several requests about what medium you're using.
