I was going to vote for him if he won but I couldn't have defended his policies. I was planning on going silent on the subject. I wasn't going to be the negative help for Trump that Bernie's die-hards are.

I didn't drive truck when that happened, but I do now and my job depends on GM, twice a week I run GM parts from Lacks in Grand Rapids down to Kem Krest in Bristol, IN. I pick up a lot of car rims from Prime Wheel in Canton, MI and run back up to Lacks

Yeah my shop slowed down too. Thankfully my boss, kept me as busy as he could at the time, some of our guys didn't mind the slowdown but I wanted to work so I washed trucks and trailers at the shop and did some relay runs to our OTR drivers

I like her a lot, but am willing to wait for her to get 20 years or so of public office to see her voting record. I want to see how she does when tested with a vote on something like the Republicans wanting to tear away student aid to see if she is willing to take the tough vote of doing something like removing bankruptcy for student debt if it meant saving the peoples ability to continue to get those federal loans.

But they would have been hosed if the other two didn't take it (and pay back with about $14.5 billion in interest paid to the tax payers) and all their suppliers buckled.
Retailers, restaurants, dealerships, movies, on and on, so much around here depends on the big three and their workers making a good living.

The Democratic Party has always been at the forefront of Progressive thought & action in this country for the last 100 years & that's never going to change.
AOC & her Squad & all the Bernie Bros that seemingly want to burn it all down now & start over are wrong.
The Dem's are doing OK now, but there of course is always room for improvement & when we take back the Senate & the WH in November, then we can really accomplish some good things.
Biden is going to surround himself with the best & brightest & that should be good enough.
