I've been drinking Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio. It's delicious! I really enjoy it, especially after they raised the price on my go to Sauvignon Blanc by a $1.50/bottle.Cheap Pinot Grigio.

I'll confess there was a nice crunch factor in that dish. Either you like it, or hate it lol. Egg salad for lunch yesterday. Made with capers, green onions and celery salt on homemade bread that we put our leftover cooked oatmeal in. Came out nice. Btw, if you've never had celery salt on a lobster roll, you may be missing out.

Try frying it in a couple tablespoons of oil! YumI use a lot of garlic when I cook too, chopped up in small pieces.
My usual protocol for about everything is garlic in olive oil first then onions. Steam the mushrooms separate with a little water until reduced, then oil, then mix with the rest. Cooks Illustrated mag turned me on to this way.Try frying it in a couple tablespoons of oil! Yum
