I ran down to my boat in RI today to do some work on it. I found something I hadn't realized.

Public restrooms are closed!

I luckily didn't need one, but I saw two businesses with prominent signs out. My marina has also closed its restrooms.

Plan ahead folks. I wonder if there has been a run adult diapers? Hmmm.

Jesus Christ, by june it will be like Hell there, God help them, God help us all. 2 million people needing hospitalisation and a million needing ventilators over the span of three months.

The high quality zinc and echinacea products are becoming scarce
People are boning up, hydroxychloroquine was sold out last week, but it's mostly doctors using it en mass, hoping for the best. Hunker down and avoid social contact and you can avoid it until treatment options and protocols become available in a few months, the hospital system adapts and the initial rush of overload dissipates as the weak and vulnerable succumb. Your odds of surviving this will be much better 6 months from now, the quality of care will be better, antiviral treatments will be available and they will have learned a lot in how to help people survive.

Action cures worry, don't resist fear, he is an old friend, say that to it whenever he shows up, "Hello old friend" and embrace him, he's trying to protect you. Like your conscience, another friend who keeps you out of trouble, listen to her as well. Yoga, meditate more and return focus to your senses, when you catch yourself thinking (unnecessarily), while walking or exercising, you know how it's done Amber, get into your senses and out of your mind.

Emotion prioritizes our thinking, your list of worries will predominate your thinking with the biggest one coming to the top of the stack and into consciousness the most. A 20 minute daily practice (any kind ya like) can do a lot to mitigate stress, improve mood and even boost immunity significantly.

Stress management is a bit of a specialty of mine and my dear lady, you are gonna need it soon, take care of yourself, others depend on you too....

PM me if ya wanna chat about ways to deal with this bullshit Amber, I'd be honored to help in anyway I can.
Thanks!
i Really appreciate your help. Those are fantastic suggestions. I am going to try to get Back into drawing. I saw a photo today that really inspired me! and i got my sketching books open and reviewing some old work.
I came across this drawing i did 1/2017. it was based on an old evil demon called Pazuzu. If you have ever watched the movie “The exorsist” you know this. I also did a small clay sculpture of him but it was so evil, after a few weeks having him hanging on wall i had to destroy him due to his demon spirit.

Now this drawing looks more like the evil bat that was eaten by the man who started the virus.

Lost Sense of Smell May Be Peculiar Clue to Coronavirus Infection
A mother who was infected with the coronavirus couldn’t smell her baby’s full diaper. Cooks who can usually name every spice in a restaurant dish can’t smell curry or garlic, and food tastes bland. Others say they can’t pick up the sweet scent of shampoo or the foul odor of kitty litter.

Anosmia, the loss of sense of smell, and ageusia, an accompanying diminished sense of taste, have emerged as peculiar telltale signs of Covid-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus, and possible markers of infection.

On Friday, British ear, nose and throat doctors, citing reports from colleagues around the world, called on adults who lose their senses of smell to isolate themselves for seven days, even if they have no other symptoms, to slow the disease’s spread. The published data is limited, but doctors are concerned enough to raise warnings.

“We really want to raise awareness that this is a sign of infection and that anyone who develops loss of sense of smell should self-isolate,” Prof. Claire Hopkins, president of the British Rhinological Society, wrote in an email. “It could contribute to slowing transmission and save lives.”
