could be pH out of wack or just a food deficiency for flowering. I would add a little silica, and be a little heavier on K and a little bit more P... But I would make sure the medium isn't clogged out. You may benefit from a small leeching to get rid of excess salts so that way you can push the pedal down. It could also be a watering infrequency problem causing bad pH and soil salinity problems, if they are outgrowing their space!
I doubt they are outgrowing that space, those planters look nice and big so I would bet on parts of the soil getting a little to dry vs the other side, or some sort of pH problem ( probably due to moisture stress), and that is causing lack of uptake. They want to thrive and something is off
what do you measure your ph and ppm with and what nutes? what soil? and what is your "regime"
The container is a sip planter, so water wicks up as needed. It's about 7-8 gallons of soil for 2 plants. They have been really thirst lately and the res has been dry at 3-4 days. I'm going to water more frequently to not let it dry out.
The soil is a super soil like blend based on build-a-soil klackamoot formula. I only add water, some kelp mix, and beneficials like tribus, recharge and mamoth p. I do occasionally add some mag-sulphur at this phase. I also added some growkashi and had a really good mycillium patch on the soil.
It usually goes like clock work. The soil usually lasts till sentience, then all is good. No flush needed because no salts used and soil exhausts itself.
But this run I'm using a lot of co2 and I'm running it warmer which is upping the food and water burn rate. They also have grown a lot closer to the lights. I am going to look at dropping the temps and humidity, but still in the vpd range (not yet though).
I'm trying more water, more food, more microbes, and I'll try less light if needed. So far, this isn't a crisis. The colas are forming nicely. The leaves are a concern. But not a panic at this point.
Runoff isn't applicable. Salt buildup isn't applicable. Open to ideas, but not going to jump off a cliff yet.
