One last thing to note so that you understand all the costs, since it sounds like this is your first setup.
The HLG100 is a complete fixture that comes with driver and everything. You just pretty much plug it in.
The QB648 boards are for DIY setups and require a heatsink, plus a driver (@$50-70 depending on various factors), plus a few other items such as power cord, m3 mounting screws, wagos/connectors, connecting wire, and hanging clips/ropes (@ $40-50 depending if you need them shipped etc). You then need to assemble it all yourself. You can either buy everything individually, or pay a little extra to HLG and get everything all at once.
Honestly in light of everything going on I think just ordering the DIY kits from HLG is a better option especially for someone who has never built a light before. You only save a few bucks doing it yourself. Also ordering the various parts you will need even off amazon is now taking forever. I just ordered some m3 screws and other stuff I needed for a new fixture and shipping time is 2-3 weeks.
