We're going to modify the wood furnace in the garage to pellets. We buy and harvest tree length but its gotten to be a pain in the ass.I had a pellet stove for a while once. It was fun going to tractor supply every year for a pallet or 2 of pellets.
Is it approved for conversion? Up here if you ever had a fire, insurance would walk away even if it was not the fault of the conversion. I grew up going into the woods every fall/winter to cut 10-15 cord to heat the cabins we had . I’ve only seen two fingers get sawed off so not bad in 60 years lol. I love the pellets but they aren’t cheap anymore either. I pay $425 a skid cash and I pick em up ..... go through 1.5-2 skids. We're going to modify the wood furnace in the garage to pellets. Your posts are filled with hubris.Thankfully the loan application for payroll for 8 weeks has been accepted. That’s a big chunk. Lots of painting and rot repair going on. Waiting to see how management fees are going to be effected, already had one group tell us they can’t pay their fees to the tune of 20k.
Yep. As long as it meets fire safety codes and the insurance company is aware, I don't foresee any probs. We use a wood furnace in our home in addition to a boiler. There's nothing quite like wood heat.Is it approved for conversion? Up here if you ever had a fire, insurance would walk away even if it was not the fault of the conversion. That is a violation of law and as such the lessee is within their rights to withhold payment until the situation is resolved.I’m not going to risk our maintenance guy’s health to fix an oven that won’t hold temp when resident has a microwave and stove top working.
Lol, utilities break all the time. We fix them. She can cook there is no emergency. It not like she’s been without an oven for months. Been less then a week and she will have to wait a few more. You sound like white trash to me.That is a violation of law and as such the lessee is within their rights to withhold payment until the situation is resolved.
But keep playing the victim, slum lord.

He's a lawyer, like the one that is probably going to sue you.Lol, utilities break all the time. We fix them. She can cook there is no emergency. It not like she’s been without an oven for months. Been less then a week and she will have to wait a few more. You sound like white trash to me.
Nobody is going to sue me for not fixing an oven when resident had alternative means to prepare food during this pandemic. It’s not an emergency. We deal with lawyers day in day out because they hang out at the courts offering free legal help to anybody getting evicted. They convince some poor suckers that they are helping the poor where in reality their are getting their pay and just putting off evictions that happen anyway. People watch too much tv. Go to court and watch sometime, dead beat tenants taking advantage of good hard working people who rent to them. Maybe if I lived in NY or LA I’d see that, don’t know. He's a lawyer, like the one that is probably going to sue you.
Give me their contact info so I can help them deal with their deadbeat white trash slumlordNobody is going to sue me for not fixing an oven

You made a thread over a fifty dollar rent check? And how would that happen Buckaroo? You gonna convince a judge that a few weeks to repair an oven during a pandemic isn't reasonable? Oh no, would they abate the unit for a week? Let's see, her rent is like $50 so I could be in big trouble. Get real. Either way, she has to wait and learn to cook using the stove top.
Nah, pretty sure it was about you crying over a fifty spot. The thread was about the waste in tax dollars and the money grab that is going on because too many idiots think they are protecting the poor renters. But you focus on the $50 and the oven, lol.
