Are you running your fans 24/7? Only thing I can think of if your fans are constantly on is that the change in relative humidity when the lights go off and the temperature drops is affecting the carbon filter functionality.

Edit: one more thought, your cfm is higher on your exhaust but your carbon filter is attached so maybe your inlet cfm is actually exceeding your outlet cfm

is your tent not under slight negative pressure from the air outtake fan... bc thas actually what should prevent these leaks

Is the carbon filter good quality and fairly new? They lose effectiveness over time. The better brands of filters last longer IME.

I've always read that anything over 70% will negatively effect performance. Like SheeshM mentioned, if your filters are getting old and your humidity is high it might explain what your smelling.

I agree with the fan speed recommendation if that's an option. I'm assuming you're pulling through your filter and not trying to push through it, is that correct? Have you inspected your filter to verify there isn't any gaps or settling in the carbon? If the odor is mild you could also add an air freshener in the room or some other cover.

There's also ozone generators that could help but you have to be careful of how much ozone you produce. Not great in large doses for you or the plants. I also find the smell of ozone to be pretty distinct but it definitely doesn't smell like plants.
