Yeah sounds like you've been over feeding. I've done the same thing. It doesnt always manifest with tip burn but feeding a bit too much over time adds up. Then all the sudden you start getting weard nutrient deficiencies and leaf problems because the plants getting close to being locked out. I've learned to check my runoff every other watering till I have a strain dialed in. Some plants can eat substantially more tan others. Typically I want to see that my ph has risen and my ec is under .4 then adjust accordingly. I would flush with water ph'd to 5.5 and try to get it down to the low 6's. It may take some time for it to get back on track but I wouldnt feed much more than .6 per week including your cal/mag for a plant thats 2 weeks old. It really is a lot easier to under feed and go up than the other way around.
Yes it is low for a nutrient content. Thats part of the problem with tap you have to account for its ec as feed even though you really dont know what's in it.
