I would have thought .2 ec is low. Tap water is more than that.Been bringing the ec up to 0.2 with cal mag and the rest with the a and b
Yeah sounds like you've been over feeding. I've done the same thing. It doesnt always manifest with tip burn but feeding a bit too much over time adds up. Then all the sudden you start getting weard nutrient deficiencies and leaf problems because the plants getting close to being locked out. I've learned to check my runoff every other watering till I have a strain dialed in. Some plants can eat substantially more tan others. Typically I want to see that my ph has risen and my ec is under .4 then adjust accordingly. I would flush with water ph'd to 5.5 and try to get it down to the low 6's. It may take some time for it to get back on track but I wouldnt feed much more than .6 per week including your cal/mag for a plant thats 2 weeks old. It really is a lot easier to under feed and go up than the other way around. After the flush my ec was down to 0.8 but the ph never seems to change
My tap comes out at .2 just lucky I guessI would have thought .2 ec is low. Tap water is more than that.
maybe I need to calibrate my TDS pen.
I get .2 after I’ve filtered it so the city water here is bad. But isn’t .2 ec next to nothing for nutrient content? My tap comes out at .2 just lucky I guess
Yes it is low for a nutrient content. Thats part of the problem with tap you have to account for its ec as feed even though you really dont know what's in it.I get .2 after I’ve filtered it so the city water here is bad. But isn’t .2 ec next to nothing for nutrient content?
