It was 330.00 shipped. I found it a little cheaper on e bay but figured amazon might have a better return option if something went wrong.

That's about the same price as their website.
You can get the same light for around 180 shipped on alibaba and the sf4000 for about 300 though just so ya know for the future.

Yea the 4000 is the best deal.
These come with a dimmer attached too so you don't have to take off the driver and use a screwdriver.

Shipping is extra. I was quoted around 80 for the sf4000 so it will be around 300 total.

They're supposed to have a 3 year warranty but who knows if they will actually honor that.

go to alibaba and look for the sf4000 models, with 15 day shipping and tax it came to 460 canadian , that was half the price of amazon.ca and even cheaper then the spider farmer website. It seem there are alot of new lights coming out all the time.

Yea the 4000 is definitely the best deal.
I can get it for €288 but I am going to get 2 of the 2000 even though it will be a little more expensive.

I figure I can get better coverage that way. I also noticed the 4000 has 872 diodes and 2000 has 606 so there will be 340 more diodes with 2 of the 2000s.

Yea so that makes the added expense even more worth it.
I realised the 2000 isn't just 2 1000s put together since that would be 436 diodes but theres 606.
The alibaba 4000 is 4 of the 1000s and the spider farmer 4000 is 2 of the 2000s since it has 1,212.
That might be helpful for people to know if they're looking at the 4000.
Mars didn't, and probably still doesn't. But the fact that they didn't is reason enough not to buy them

I would think most people buying direct from china will understand they're taking a risk when it comes to the warranty. Even if they honor it the shipping cost back to China might be more than the item cost originally.
I am willing to take that risk but anybody that expects great after sale service probably shouldnt buy from Alibaba.

Also I don't know whats going on with amazon and Spider Farmer but the sf1000 is £220 on uk amazon which is just crazy.
