That hasn’t changed anything temp in the tent is already 32 degrees
Is this a good light to use

Is the room the tent is in getting that temperature too? Then the room itself needs ventilation
I would try taking the second fan and using it as an exhaust as well, and open up the rest of the Ports and see if this helps If the room outside the tent isn’t getting very hot it would help

That’s a great idea I didn’t think of that two fans on the filter I’ll try that thanks !! Iv also seem this for sale maybe this will solve the problem

I'm not saying use two fans on the filter, I would put both the fans exhausting and leave the intake ports open to passively pull room air through. If the temp still stays high, the fan may not be the issue, moving the heat to the rest of your house or outside is.
What temperature is your house/outside? There are ways to disguise venting going out of windows.
If you don't have money to pay for new stuff, you probably won't wanna pay the energy cost of air conditioning an HPS. You're going to want to figure out how to make this work without a/c especially if it isn't warm out yet

Outside is 24 degrees I’m not sure what my house is probably around the same do you think if I buy that air conditioner that I put a picture of in my last post will solve the issue ?

What do you mean
what do you mean by put both fans exhausting does that mean put both fans taking air out of so the only way I have air coming out is through the filter

This is problem 1. You will just be warming the air and recirculating it. The warm air needs to be leaving the room.
Problem 2 is you have a black and white thermometer in direct light, it should be half way up the wall above the light line or shaded by white card.
Light heats objects and will give you a false reading of the air temps.
If you can address those two issues, starting with the thermometer placement then you might find yourself in a better position.
The LED will be good for vegging that small plant for a while longer yet.
Make sure when you flip to flower and use the HPS you run 8pm till 8am lights on and off in the day.

To make this easy, can you show me a link of the exact kit you originally bought?
Is the room the tent is also getting up to 32c? Is the window in the room that the tent is open OR the door to the rest of your house?
I am saying, if you have 4 of those fan ports, open them all up. one fan goes poining out of the tent on one port, another fan points out on another port. The other two ports will have air coming in passively.
Also, how close to the light are you recording your temperatures?

I did think that the temperature was giving a false reeding as it doesn’t feel anything like 35 degrees in there

You don't need to sell the whole set up, you will lose a lot of money. Just get a 400w hps and don't fill your 1.2x1.2m
You can buy a 400w digi ballast for about £50 , assuming the one you have is not dimmable.
The cooled hood needs sealed ducting.
You can run your filter and extractor and hood all in one line with reducers so its all works.
Still doesn't get round the fact the rooms going to slowly warm up without venting the heat out the window, chimney or door into another space though.

The ballast I have is not dimmerable but I didn’t think this mattered because I was told that at some point it’s going to need full power anyway

Reset it, put your thermometer next to the filter and it will tell you the air temp as it leaves the tent..

You are right, to fully light your space you want more light, but just because you have a 1.2m tent doesn't mean you have to totally fill it, you can use a smaller light putting out less heat and grow to a smaller space in the same tent.
I just looked for a 400w ballast and it looks like prices have gone up since covid, everyones trying to grow some weed these days.
Still though you can get a second hand one like this..

This is all things to look at after you get a proper idea of real air temp. Things may not be as bad as they seem right now.

I have just took the thermostat out of the tent and put it by the duct from the filter to see what the temp is there although the air feels pretty cool that’s coming out Iv also just gone and bought an air conditioner and put that in there

You would have a third less heat. Which may or may not be enough to be in a better temp range.
