Bottom line:I want a clean safe option for food, fiber, fuel, and sacrament that doesn't involve war and can singlehandedly fix my country's financial mess.
Hemp and Cannabis are that.
I can't believe I'm on rollitup arguing with someone who doesn't believe in industrial hemp. Jesus it's a backwards world.

There's no argument about industrial hemp, stop acting dunce, there's only an argument about what party is more likely to actually legalize it, and in my opinion the answer to that is neither the Democrats nor the Republicans.

I don't understand a vote for McCain. What would happen if he was to have a recurrence of malignant melanoma (sorry about my spelling)? He could go into a comma and THE HORROR.....Ms Palin (I can see Alaska from my window) would be POTUS. I would die of nervous anxiety and not live to see my next harvest. And I was just getting good at it thanks to this website.

I consider that instant "Wow I feel so much better now that I'm high" feeling and secure enjoyment because it's a guaranteed happiness

hemp and be grown in all 50 states in less that 3 months, which means it can be planted after other short crops have been harvested
this replanting with hemp breaks up the soil for next year, and the dense bush blocks out light to weeds essentialy elimination the need for industrial weed killers.
it takes almost no nutrients to make a wonderful crop of industrial hemp and they are more appt to protect istself from pests and disease.
bud can save the world and be grown everywhere.

Now factering the labor cost, any american co would simply outsource the work because of cost. This is a huge issue that produce farmers deal with today. Like oil, we would just end up buying hemp from some shit hole country..Then the Speculation boys get to jump in and who knows what a lb of hemp would cost.

south america may follow suit but not before we prove it to be the best way to cut healthcare costs for bogus medicine and get rid of riduculus costs of cotton compaired to hemp.
