So I came into the tent today to notice a top looking a little off, even another top on same plant isn’t doing this.

Could just be a hot spot in the soil if it's soil mix

Lights have been in same spot for over a month. Just raised it with zip ties to the framing of the tent

Temps never get above 80 degrees or 70%rh

That doesn't answer the question as to whether the lamp ever touched the plant that was asked of you.

I mean it might have lifting it to get it out of the tent but not really sure. I’m pretty cautious.

I did start them in soil but transplanted into 1gals with canna coco

I vote for light burn. The leaves touched the lamp, or were in close proximity to it at one point or another.

If no other plants at all are experiencing the same symptoms, well...
