Grain bag to Bulk question...?

So after everything was picked from 1st flush I dunked the block...for abt 2hrs is all...some of the mushrooms I twisted n pulled n a few I sliced at the base...the divots left behind from the pulling I filled with damp vermiculite...this morning it looks like mycelium is starting to both take over the stumps left behind and the holes filled with verm...
The mycelium was eating thru the aluminum pan the block wa sitting in so I removed the block and flipped the pan n set the block on top...exposing all the sides...maybe this will allow more surface area for mushroom growth?...idk but seems like it would 20200902_111356.jpg20200902_111401.jpg

2nd flush looks like its beginning...pretty quickly too its only been between 24-36hrs since dunk.
And in the future I'll probably slice at base of mushroom for harvest...even tho it goes against everything in me that says it doesn't feel n look right...the spots where I I twisted n pulled that left divots n I filled in with vermiculite are taking longer to fill in with mycelium than the stumps...most of the stumps were recovered in 24hrs ..we'll see if any mushrooms pop up on either stumps or verm patches...few mushrooms pinning on exposed sides...hopefully being exposed will spit more out20200903_114833.jpg20200903_114813.jpg20200903_114755.jpg20200903_114750.jpg20200903_114731.jpg

Few of em dropped spores last night while I was asleep which I was tryna avoid but oh well...I gotta leave town for a few weeks on Tuesday...I was thinking about sealing up the block in some garbage bags n throwing it in the fridge to shut her down til I get bk...otherwise she's gonna go to waste...would like to hear some opinions on this...I did it once before with some pf cakes n I just dunked em when I got back n thru em in the FC n they did ok...is this the best thing to do considering my situation...I work outta town 28days gone 28home

I started with their 6jar deal...it worked pretty well too...did that twice before I tried the bulk but honestly the bulk is just as easy...just takes longer for the grain bags to colonize than the jars do...with B+ strain 6jars were fully colonized with pinning in jars at around 25days...grain bags were about 70% colonized at 25days....fully colonized at 35...but I've gotten abt twice the amount from the bulk than I did from jars in just 2flushes n once the bulk gets goin it happens pretty fast

That's awesome thanks alot see your success and hearing your advice makes me more confident going into it. How many ccs do you inject into each jar?, I was honestly thinkng of doing 6 b+and 6 golden teachers
