And I'd suggest re evaluation of your processes, guess I missed they are 90 days old, they should be 7' tall

From my experience an immature plant will wait until sexual maturity to go into bud even if it starts in bud lighting. So 12/12 from seed should take about 90 days. If he is in 14 hours lighting it could be slowing it down. I don't think hes too far off from where he should be.

I thought 14 hours light was sufficient to keep them in veg and some pistils in veg is normal. And it's not like they got darkness after 14.5 hours there was enough light to illuminate a room for another hour or two. But I definitely agree, something isn't right with those two. So they're either auto or need less darkness than average to go into flower. I'll up it to 16 hours of light and put those two in a tent on 12/12 because the consensus is they're no longer in veg.

Some strains can start to flower even with 16/8 lights, but those are not normal strains. I surpriced that WW would start to flower with 14.5 lights, but i could see that happen.

I would say up it to 20 hours of light or maybe even 24 hours of light for a while. Darkness is what triggers the hormones that cause the plant to flower, you want to give it minium amount of darkness now until it goes into vegging and then turn back to 18/6 until you want to flower it. No point of trying to mess with weird amounts of light like 16 hours, that would likely just confuse the plant even more and continue the flowering in some half assed way and maybe cause it to hermie in worst scenario.

I have been doing 3 week veg from clone (4weeks) SOGs lately they are usually 8 inches with thick stems when they go into bud. I was looking at two plants in his pics thinking it was one plant. It seems the lighting or something has set his plants back a bit.

To the OP, the best thing to do is learn what you can from the experience and keep going until you get to better harvests. Growing weed is a journey.

The two pictured seem pretty far along into flowering, so I'm just gonna put them into a proper flowering schedule and see what that gets me. The rest seem to be okay, save for one which would yield virtually nothing if I flowered it out. I'm gonna keep it with the veg plants and see what happens since I've got nothing to lose. Might as well start some more seeds too because with what's going on its probably a bad time to take cuttings for clones.

I have a Wyze camera close to the plants to keep an eye on them and to take time lapse videos. When it's dark infrared lights turn on. I know infrared light is used for flowering initiators and enough of it used at lights out can reduce the dark time needed by two hours. Also, the most affected plants are nearest the camera, but I have shuffled them around several times. I wonder if this played a role.

I did not even mention 12/12 light cycle in my post. I only said that some start to flower already with 16/8 and some might start on 14.5/9.5.

Ive had ak48 regular seeds flower under 24/7 lights on but i think your schedule is to blame for the flowering.

Since I've last posted here I upgraded the lighting to quantum strips, lengthened the lights on period to 18 hours a day and put the two plants mentioned earlier in their own tent under quantum strips on 12/12 with a 730nm initiator at light out. Though they're small I'm happy with how they're doing and I figure I maybe have another week or two til they're ready. (not pictured)

There was one other plant, I think I mentioned it earlier. It's an iced grapefruit something or other (pictured) . It was kinda scrawny but it started budding like the white widows. Rather than move it to 12/12 I tried to reveg it by upping the lighting to 18. It's been a month and they're no new leaf growth. Instead the buds fattened up (but not nearly as well as the ones in 12/12). In hindsight I probably should've cut off the bud, maybe that would've helped.

At this point what should I do with this plant? I could put in under 12/12 and maybe get a little bud out of it. I worry that all this craziness might make it herm and fuck up the other two. I could cut off the bud and toss it to see if it helps. I could leave it another couple weeks in limbo and then put it in 12/12 so if it herms it won't mess up the other plants, or I could just cull it because the potential risks outweigh the cons.

What do you guys think?

Yeah I agree with what some of the other people are saying and your light schedule of 14.5/9.5 on made them flower. I keep my lights at 18/6 but acouple years ago i had a timer that I guess I accidentally switched to 14/10 and a couple of my plants started flowering I forget what strain they were but it was 2 of the same strain I just think that strain can switch to flower with a bit more light.
