Alright veg tent is setup and ready 2 go
4" CF&InlineFan / 132W VS Led / an extra fan to move the air more help cool it down and yeaaaahh man I'm happy cant wait to get more plants goin!
That little fan outside is a great idea. That had never occurred to me and I should do something like that...
Looks like you put a small fan in the top of your grow tent shooting downward. I recently learned that’ll heat your place up real quick by shooting down. Try clipping it lower down

Fan at the top is to move the air in my veg tent. Both inline fans sit on top of the tents and pull the air. The fans at the bottom on the outside bring fresh air in. My big tent doesn't have a fan inside to move the air. But once I flower her ill put one in

Since this is my first complete grow and the furthest I've made it into a grow. Is everything okay here? Are these colors normal? The Shiney stuff on some leaves is from neem oil extract hitting the leaves but I assume the light colors is just new growth color. I haven't started bloom nutes yet and I don't give any nutes as she's in FFOF. Thanks guys 20200904_173912.jpg20200904_173924.jpg20200904_173929.jpg20200904_173945.jpg

Good luck dude! Can’t wait to see the stretch
I'm pretty sure this is an indica. And I've read indica doesn't stretch as much as sativa but still should stretch a good ways! I'm so excited. Going to switch tomorrow and call first day of flowering monday.

Day 50! Second day of 12.5/11.5 today.
Bagseed #2 is doing great. Should transplant tomorrow & clone is rooting like CRAZY. 1 of 4 ice bombs broke soil today. Calling first day of flower tomorrow. All good news here. Except the top of my tent itsa mess20200906_105343.jpg20200906_110722.jpg20200905_224755.jpg20200905_224801.jpg20200906_105400.jpg20200906_110707.jpg

Moved bagseed #2 to a 3gal finishing pot. Ordering more soil this week. Should have 2 more ice bomb sprouts tomorrow. Moved clone to a bigger container since its roots are growing like wildfire. Probably won't start anymore plants until after my main is done flowering and I switch this crop to flower. Will start a new grow journal for the ice bombs and bagseed #2.

Defo is done. Here she is before and after I did a lollipop because I've read a lot about the benefits so I wanted to give it a shot. What do you guys think?

Honestly as a first time grower cutting off all of that shit like that is scary as hell. But since I started LST and topping at day 21 it has done nothing but benefit my plant. So my hypothesis is that this lollipop will help lol

I agree that LST and topping are great for increasing yield, or at the very least help better utilize our lights to their fullest by evening-up the canopy. However, that doesn’t mean lollipopping will also help as it’s totally different from those other two methods.

Someone more experienced can feel free to correct me here, but if a leaf is getting light and not harming airflow, cutting it off won’t help your plant grow better. For super dense canopies where lower leaves are receiving no light, then yeah you can cut it off. If not though, just leave it.

Each leaf on a branch is photosynthesis machine for the buds at the end, so eliminating leaves will only reduce your yield. The exception to this from my understanding is when a leaf is sickly or receiving very little light.

I agree with you. I meant lollipping at this stage will be beneficial because she only has to focus on her tops now and can put all of her effort into producing big buds at the top and not waste any energy on lower smaller buds. I also left random fan leaves everywhere all up and down the stems as long as they weren't overlapping so that she would absorb more light

Ahhhhh, I gotcha man. Yeah tread lightly with the defo but I’m with you on eliminating small bud locations for sure.
