£16 + another £16...400w x 18hrs @17.6p +10% = £35 then regular living, heating, cooking, washing etc etc.
It's simple maths?

I was on a similar tariff until I switched last month, got it down to 12p kwh, 1/3rd cheaper bills (obviously)

I've tried communicating with them via chat but there not exactly sharp with replies, it's well over an hour fkn around trying to get somewhere.
If they reply great, if they don't tough I've had enough of them I'd rather pay more with no hassle so to speak.

Same happened to me, gave me a good deal then refused to honour it due to last owner of the house previously been one of their customers.
Tried to tell me I wasn't a new customer, I argued and got a reasonable deal and then they whacked it up after 12 month and refused to do me a better deal. Stuck it out for a while due to my own laziness. Switched recently.

Nothing good comes of been a loyal customer these days, piss taking twats.
That should be changing pretty soon as they've done it with insurance, no longer allowed to only offer the new customers the best deal while ass fingering the loyal customer.

You will be able to find the same thing on ebay because theres a few uk sellers import them in bulk to resell.
