In graphic, matter-of-fact chatter picked up on his body-camera mic, a Louisiana State trooper implicated in the death of a Black man can be heard talking of beating and choking him before “ he said. “He was spitting blood everywhere and all of a sudden he just went limp.”

The attorney should sue; he's got all the evidence of the cops both lying AND misusing their authority to search his car as punishment for refusing to turn off the camera with no reasonable suspicion.
This is called "hegemonic policing" and it's a prime hallmark of Fascism.

There are SO many of these videos of citizens pwning the police, I've spent many stoned hours binge watching them. This one is classic and one of my favs. This eloquent young man takes such pleasure of putting ignorant cops in there place. Of course, it really helps if you're white.

In the early morning hours Wednesday, Minneapolis police officers gently placed a key in a city apartment door before bursting through the doorway yelling "Police! Search warrant!," according to body camera footage released by city officials Thursday night.
In the seconds that followed, a Black man apparently asleep and shown to be holding a gun upon awakening was shot and killed. Police say he was not named in any search warrants before the entry, and attorneys for the man's family say he was in legal possession of his firearm.
