or nothing to worry about?

I wouldn’t worry too much. A little bit of stretch is better then stunting them with too much light. If you look at the type of light and input power you can establish exactly how high it should be above your seedlings.or nothing to worry about?
I have a lux meter. I just didn’t know what the ideal lux was for each phase of growth. Do you know the lux for veg and flower too?Doesn't look stretched at all. I would also recommend a cheap lux meter so you can position your lights correctly without the guesswork. 15k will treat your seedling right.
I use this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075DC6X25/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I dimmed up my lights to get 15000 lux right above my solo cups. Now only one has broken through the soil and I’m waiting on the others (one other is just about peaking its head out). Is it ok to have it at 15000 lux for all of them even if they haven’t popped out from the dirt yet?I do something like 35k for veg and 55k for flower. With your full spectrum QBs you can get an idea of PAR by dividing by ~67 depending on the light temperature. I run 3000k 288 V2s so that number works for me. There are quite a few older threads on rollitup about the conversion. Really I do not worry about it too much other than with my seedlings. If I see the leaves turning away from the light it is too much for them and I raise. Here is a search for the topic.

I would say nothing to worry about. It hasn't grown enough to say it is stretching yet. If it does just burry it a little deeper when you put it in the next container.or nothing to worry about?
