They’re hlg QBs. 120. Two sets of 4 for a 4x4 tent. Set 36” above at the lowest dimming setting. With a max output of 480 watts

It looks like it sprouted last night, I got 2 hlg lights about 3 feet high above my seedling it’s ok but u could lower it at least a foot

I do something like 35k for veg and 55k for flower. With your full spectrum QBs you can get an idea of PAR by dividing by ~67 depending on the light temperature. I run 3000k 288 V2s so that number works for me. There are quite a few older threads on rollitup about the conversion. Really I do not worry about it too much other than with my seedlings. If I see the leaves turning away from the light it is too much for them and I raise. Here is a search for the topic.

I dimmed up my lights to get 15000 lux right above my solo cups. Now only one has broken through the soil and I’m waiting on the others (one other is just about peaking its head out). Is it ok to have it at 15000 lux for all of them even if they haven’t popped out from the dirt yet?
