The rest of the cycle straight 12/12
Damn, do you have a link that I can see photos and details of your setup? I would like to know the inns and outs of it. Do you run bottled c02 or a c02 generator? Do you run c02 the whole cycle? What type of airflow do you have with the c02? Sealed? Semi sealed? What ppms are you running?I average between 2-2.5 per fixture no c02, I ran c02 this run and it's gonna be around 3.3 per fixture.
But some of that gain is probably the genetics used and mono cropping last run.
18/6what light cycle do you use for veg?
wonder if your way would be better or just go 17/7, then 16/8 then 15/9 etc until you get to 12/12?? that would be an interesting side by side.18/6

Killer. I love how your anchored the t posts in the 5 gallon buckets. Okay this is amazing that canopy is outrageous. It looks just like my sea of green in my greenhouse. How much per day does it cost in c02? And how.much did you spend on the controller ans regulator? How big of a tank? Most importantly looks like you have the same gavitas as me, in the photo you embedded how high are the lights from canopy? What are your ceiling height? Here is a picture, I run bottled c02.
First week or week and half of flower I usually slowly ramp up the lights to 1150. I set the c02 to same as the wattage of the lights so 800ppm for 80%, 1000ppm for 1000, 1150 for 115%. I left it there til the last 3 weeks and started lowering it and the last week and half it was set at 600ppm.
As far as air flow I have 5 18 inch wall fans and one lasko blower from Sam's club setting in the floor blowing under the canopy. And a 36k btu mini split. I have 2x70 pint dehuey and a 50 pint dehuey (gonna upgrade to a quest 225 here soon). I have 6 gavita 1k de and they are set up to cover a 5x6 footprint each.
I run fully sealed, at least for now, I have the capability to vent and plan to set it up in case the ac was to fail but still need a few parts for my trol master controller to make it work that way.

You can, it would mimic nature more but I like slamming them with darkness as much as possible to really build up that hormone
What distance do you rock them from canopy in flower? How tall is your ceiling? Yeild?I run those Gavita Slims.... they are pretty nice...the only thing that sucks is... u need the Gavita light controller to adjust the brightness
I did 6 tank exchanges during last flower run, tank exchanges range from 20 at my closest store to 13 if I'm already traveling to the further store for something else. The tank is 20lb tank. I got the trolmaster controller, c02 outlet for it, the sensor for c02 for it, C02 regulator, and a new tank for like 700 dollars. There are some cheaper options but I wanted the trolmaster so I could eventually add on and control everything with it.Killer. I love how your anchored the t posts in the 5 gallon buckets. That controller is worth it, if your cooling systems fails it will keep your plants from roasting. 200ish dollars is a small price to pay for that safety feature.I run those Gavita Slims.... they are pretty nice...the only thing that sucks is... u need the Gavita light controller to adjust the brightness
Yeah I think we have the same controller. Tbe trollmaster hydrox. Well awesome glad to know ill be okay with 28-32 inches worst case without messing my plants up and reducing yeildThat controller is worth it, if your cooling systems fails it will keep your plants from roasting. 200ish dollars is a small price to pay for that safety feature.
The trick with grows like yours and mine is timing the flip. Different strains like to stretch differently and in my case just a few days of veg can make the difference between a good yield and a shitty one. And if I go too long then the plants are in the lights lol. So timing the flip to get the plants to end up at the right height is critical. Once you run a cut a few times and know exactly what she should look like at flip you can really get the most out of your space. In this case I think you probably flipped a little early for optimal yields. Here is an update.

Plants are 11 days into the flip. Still stretching so much vertical growth. The GMO cookies is a major stretcher. The cut I have will continue to stretch for another 2 weeks atleast. With a 11-12 week flowering time I'm gonna need to keep my plants pretty stacked on N threw flower so they don't fade out early on me. They are burning threw the N quick with all the vegative growth. The tops are perfect for weaving into the netting and spreading out. Question for all you gavita guys out there. With 8 foot and nine foot ceilings what type of foot print do you think I'm getting? Ovbiously the higher the fixture the bigger the spread. I'm hoping 5x5 or atleast close to it, is what I'm getting. Anyway still have plenty of room to go I'm very confident that I'll be able to keep my tops 30 inches atleast under the fixtures.
I absolutely agree. If I wasn't already familiar with super stretchy OGs and such from doing deps for 7 years It would be difficult. But because this exact cut I have seen up close ran by my buddy I know exactly when to flip. He runs it indoor and in dep. I would think the same thing looking at my pics because of how small but even if you look on dark heart nursurey which is where the gmo cut I have originated it says 3-4xs stretch in the flip. I have ran lots of OGs in dep that stretched like bananas but nothing as stretchy as this. Even though it's Chem dawg x cookies it's way more phenotypic of the Chem dawg/lineage it grows real viney stretchy and lots of 3 fingered leaves. My concern with any dep run is only running tested genetics that I have solid data on so I'm not in the dark about when to flip. I have decent yeilds in dep 17.5 pounds out of a 12x24 here is a pic below thats over a zip per square foot two 5x24 foot beds with 2 foot walk way. I'm hoping for 2 zips per square foot first indoor run. We shall see. My c02 situation is gonna make it or break it I feel. Still deciding if I'm just gonna rock it no c02 just fresh air. Or c02 generator that I have with venting. I need data on someone who has used these types of burners and data on how much to vent. Renfro can you link me to your journals? I read another comment in another thread from someone saying how you crush it. What setup you got going what are your results im curious to see people who are more expirenced and what they're set ups look like. The trick with grows like yours and mine is timing the flip. Flipped them at an average plant height of 12-13inches vegged for 25 days or so in 5 gals under the gavitas on 18/6 these were freshly rooted clones literally thrown into the 5 gal pots right after busting roots. So I didnt have them in 3.5 inch pots or anythingI absolutely agree. If I wasn't already familiar with super stretchy OGs and such from doing deps for 7 years It would be difficult.
