so , organics .. organics are exactly the same nutrients as inorganic just bonded into a carbon association with a lot of other minerals. nitrate NO3 nitrogen from calcium nitrate or ammonical nitrogen NH4 in ammonium nitrate ( NO3 and NH4) is the same nitrogen as form blood meal or compost . when s substance such as blood meal has nitrogen some is water soluble, and quite capable of burning roots and releasing over abundance of excess nitrogen, and water insoluble that will need bacterial action to biology process and chelate ( exactly like cows eating grass tuning it from a locked in plant material form to a chelated highly available form) the mineral for it to be available.
but ...when a molecule of nitrogen is absorbed by the root IT IS EXACTLY THE SAME . the nitrogen molecule will have to be suspended in the water and will either be absorbed off a soil particle ( cationic absorption) or form the solution itself ( anionic absorption) .
there is no dffience in the minerals themselves only the delivery and holding system
