No. I think there needs to be a standardized, efficient method of voting across the entire country. And our votes should never be sent outside the country to be counted.
That only happens when voting for Dancing with the Stars or Euro Song Contest, dude.

There are no voting machines crossing State lines, much less international boundaries to be counted by illegal Venezuelan migrants in Spain by communists hired by George Soros.

They don’t agree with the truth so they make it up. They should at least all use the same excuse that he lost. It would give republicans some credibility.

There’s currently no evidence that U.S. votes were sent to another country and counted there. Data from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and VerifiedVoting, a nonpartisan nonprofit that studies election systems and their security, show that most counties process and count their ballots within the county. They also show a series of redundancies that would allow any vote tampering to be caught.

VerifiedVoting keeps a running map of all voting equipment in the U.S., broken down by county.
It separates the balloting into three categories.
First are hand-marked ballots, a physical ballot that a voter fills out and turns in. They’re counted by hand or scanned by election staff.

Second are ballot-marking devices and systems. You vote on an electronic system that spits out a filled-out printed ballot, which is then scanned by election staff.
Finally, there are “direct recording electronic” systems. The votes are cast on and tallied in the same machines. Most can give a paper count in case of an audit or recount.

The common thread is that they’re all counted in the county and they have redundancies like paper trails in-case questions arise.

On its rumor vs. reality page, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency explains that these redundancies ensure the election is secure and the voting machines are accurate and reliable.

Additionally, a spokeswoman for the National Association of Secretaries of State, representing the officials who typically oversee elections, said, “Elections in the United States of America are administered, run, counted and certified by state and local election officials. We have never heard of votes being tabulated in a foreign country.”

BOTTOM LINE
Votes are counted by each county in the United States - and they all have safeguards to ensure accuracy. There’s no evidence that 2020 presidential election votes were counted outside the country.

On Thursday, Rudy Giuliani led a team of Trump campaign lawyers in a nearly two-hour press conference. They cast doubt on the use of voting machines and claimed that ballots from the Nov. 3 presidential election were counted outside the U.S.

THE QUESTION
Were U.S. ballots cast on voting machines actually counted in foreign countries?

THE ANSWER
There’s currently no evidence that U.S. votes were sent to another country and counted there. Data from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and VerifiedVoting, a nonpartisan nonprofit that studies election systems and their security, show that most counties process and count their ballots within the county. When people prove to be liars, you should stop believing anything that they say without checking for yourself. And more important you should think about why they are trying to sell you this lie.

Like this lie Trump's trolls pushed, are they trying to stir up fear of foreign nations? Get some of that xenophobic vibe churning? Trying to sell it in a way that makes 'Democrats/libs' push back on lies about foreign nations attacking our democracy to do something like giving their brainwashed masses a little grain of doubt/what aboutism when the fact that the Russian military (and other nations like Saudi Arabia/UAE/whereever else Russia is set up to troll us from) are attacking our citizens, is brought out enough that Americans can no longer pretend like they are talking to actual people and getting info from non-bullshit (Breitbart/Epoch Times/The Hill/ The Nation/ OANN/ Newsmax/etc) sources pushing the Russian propaganda.

That was the only one I could find that talked about this nonsense too.

The voting machines can send their tally by wifi to a server in the polling area. Whether the individual State that decides to do this is up to the state. But before the machine connects to the wifi it prints out a paper copy of the result. And no I am not going to look for the source I used for this, was a credible news agency and not a forum or blog.

On how can Trumpheads believe the lies? They WANT TO. Quite simple actually.

lulz -- yeah, I heard that on right wing talk radio a few days ago too. It's a real doozy that one is. Completely fact free but hey, your kind believe that Democrats are cannibals too.

Oregon's voting system should be the standard for the country.

The most secure and reliable voting system uses a ballot that is a piece of paper that one marks by hand and is sent through a scanning machine. Voting machines that print a ballot out after the voter makes their choices on a touch screen are not as secure and reliable but some districts chose to buy them. They are still good but require a lot of testing and cyber-security.

The bottom line: your 2020 vote is almost certainly safe, but some security experts won't be fully satisfied until the majority of votes are hand-marked, and the auditing process is advanced and rigorous enough to validate the results.

I mailed my vote in and I can tell you I'm the farthest from "lazy"

I fucking work 70 hours a week. Mailing in my absentee ballot is more practical for me and it gave me a better opportunity at democracy and my voice to be heard

You going to call our soldiers overseas "lazy" because they mailed in their votes? What about all the other truck drivers that mailed in their vote, that were out on the road working their asses off so you can sleep in and get to the polls to vote when you feel like it, are they "lazy"? Are the doctors and nurses that mailed in their vote, stuck in the hospital doing double shifts caring for people sick with covid-19 "lazy"?
they're just pissed because they had to wait in line for 12 hours to cast their vote with the only voting booth allowed, when they could've been home researching their amendments, judges..i took my time, was relaxed while i researched at my convenience and talk to others about their opinions. it's a good thing too because not everyone learns the same through reading as they do being explained to..some i talked to misconstrued; i misconstrued.

voting by mail is by far the best choice.

JOHN BOLTON: The arguments that Trump and his campaign are making on the conspiracy to deny him reelection is this conspiracy is so vast and so successful that apparently there's no evidence of it.
