I see you've done some training with the clips.
I use 3 gal fabric bags with coco in my pheno tent and I just jam plant stakes into the coco to give me a foundation to tweak the limbs outward.

I did this leaf strip on these testers 3 days ago @ 18 days in flower and they will need another in a week or so to open up the interior from the new leaf growth.
That helps to expose the interior of the plant.
All I can offer on defoliation/lollipopping is to use your judgment.
Big fan leaves are the engines for the plant, but if they are shading a good candidate for cola development I remove it.
The same applies to sucker branches growing in the interior and base.
It's usually pretty clear if a shoot is going to be vigorous-if it has the potential to grow some nugs it stays, otherwise, it gets removes.
