u know what i mean ho about the traps tho right in reference to the shoulder areas?shoulder shrugs work your traps, not shoulders..
what other shoulder exersizes do u do? i just do dumbell over head presses and laterals
sometimes i do behind the neck presses, upright row if i'm in the gym, u kno not many diff excercises but enough sets that when i'm done if i tell myself to lift my arms or shrug move they wont
