Yea I'm working on that one. LolWatering slowly can help prevent the soil from becoming hydrophobic too.

Same here man. I'm impatient.Yea I'm working on that one. Lol
Me too. Plus I use a wide mouth jug. I should get a watering can I believe. Smaller stream of water would definitely help in my case. LolSame here man. I'm impatient.

I only got 3 plants. LolI use a submersible pump with a hose and valve.
I only have 2 going really now, but they're in 15 gal pots. I do have some clones I'm working on too, but I don't use the pump for those.I only got 3 plants. Lol
I got mine in 3 gal pots. You must have a good size space. I have a whole room, but I have 2 tents, a 2x4 for my moms, and a3x3 for flower. I couldn't get a 15 gal. pot in either one. I been hearing about that. I believe I'm gonna get some.Yucca will help prevent dry spots. I started using it again occasionally. I went over a year without adding any yucca, and so I really noticed that my soil became more absorbent after using it. There's other stuff you can use too. I think aloe is another one.
I have a 2x4 veg tent and a 3.5 x 8 ft flower closet. I can fit 2 in the 2x4, and 2 3gals if I want. In the closet I could fit 9 pots, but it would be crowded. I prefer 2 or 3 pots in the closet with plants in them. I do have some 15 gal pots in there too that are waiting for me. I rotate them.I got mine in 3 gal pots. You must have a good size space. If the pot is heavy, it’s wet. If the pot is light, it needs water. Watering is something you get a feel for. My 15g pot would drink 2 gallons of water and would need that every 2 days. All plants are differentSo don't water to runoff? How do you make sure you get your soil completely wet?
I'm still not sure if I'm gonna try going organic in flower, or dwc. I like the yield i get with dwc. I'm not sure i can get the same in soil, so I'm kinda on the fence right now. With the soil i wouldn't need to run air pumps all the time so I guess that's a benefit. I guess if I want to learn it, I'm gonna have to go all the way. Lol.... screw it, soil it is! I chop the stem, and let it sit. Then the leftover stalk just falls right off, and I plant a new plant where the old one was. This way I don't disturb my fungal hyphae network. It's not really necessary for me to add Mykos every time, but I usually do anyways.
I'm using plastic pots though.
I've never done DWC, so you know something I don't, lol. It's a cool idea though. I don't really have the space for it though.I'm still not sure if I'm gonna try going organic in flower, or dwc. That part I've pretty much got down. It's the how much water to give at feeding that I'm still figuring out. I was told 10% water to 1 gallon of soil, but now I'm starting to believe that's incorrect. If the pot is heavy, it’s wet. If the pot is light, it needs water. It’s ok to have a little run off. I bought a 2 gallon pump sprayer that I fill up with RO water. I spray it into my soil half gallon at a time. Wait a bit and spray more. Once you start to see a bit coming out, you know you’re done. I think you got the concept of everything down, now it’s just applying itThat part I've pretty much got down. I have it in my 3x3. Lol...I just run 1 bucket. It's all I need. Once I scrog it, the canopy fills up like crazy. I mean like, uncontrollable. LolI've never done DWC, so you know something I don't, lol. It's a cool idea though. I don't really have the space for it though.

What type of fertilizer do you use and how do you apply it?
