Is my plant a hermie?

So this plant fell behind my newest plant due to being very over watered I got her on a good watering schedule now and she started growing again. I put her on a 12|12 light schedule and noticed she started flowering recently could this jsut be the formation of buds or did she turn into a hermie. (If you need better pics just lmk)
