ECO Farm good or bad?

Looking for a good cheap LED for starting seedlings. Sprouts will probably be under light for a month, month and 1/2 before they go outside. I like the looks of the Samsung 301b/h diodes, but I'm new to indoor lighting and I'm open to suggestions.
Anyway, ECO Farm site is cheap, are their products crap?

I finished a review using that board I mentioned ( they reached out to me to test ) and was pleased with results.
I run Quantums exclusively but really like the spider Farmer . So much so , I am using it as a supplemental light .

With Quantums you can Custom DIY your rigs ...... I have been running them since 2015 using their original boards ( I still use them going on 6 years ) without ANY problems with their gear. Stellar Customer service and fave among many growers here.

The shipping cost is what turned me off, turned a good deal into an expensive one.
Also they're not a Canadian company, don't even have a Canadian warehouse they're a Chinese company with a Canadian website.

there's always ebay
