Nice savings there for a lil bit of DIY, be proud of them accomplishments. I got the Korona app separate and 5€ for the full spectrum LED ppfd reader from it. So far that light I got I’m happy and customer service was 5stars so unless it fuks up real soon I would defo consider them again

Yea it's always a bit of a trade off, but seriously controlling em from your phone is cool as fuck! Is that for measuring light intensity yea? I tried a basic app on my phone before but it was limited by the quality of phone

I looked around and this one seemed legit. Says it’s 90%+ accurate and according to the lights ppfd chart it matches. Gota slide some printer paper over the camera to act as a diffuser but happy for 5€. Can measure lux and something else but I’m only usin it for ppf. I have iPhone XR, not sure what spec u need though.

A 400 or 450 watt cob light or qb won't be that hot but it will batter a 600watt HPs in to the ground in a 1.2m
That will pound a 1.2m tent

I only buy from Alibaba and I told stoner to do the same.the secret is just to confirm the chip post reading and charts are expensive to get done and it's mostly a Google copy paste job.
Chips are cheap but I don't think anyone here could afford a pick and place machine and a reflow oven
But if your banging out a couple of hundred lights a week it pays for its self

When you decide to buy some thing post your budget and we collectively find you a package a light I'm thinking out of lock down boredom to build a 450 ish but probably 500 watt led veg light out of an out mars 1200watt with dimmers. A load of work but easy hangable and a total power house. I have to mars 1200s all I would do is conver it to cobs, replace drivers and put good fans in it. Wiring would be tricky but I could be done with one three pin plug.
Also want to build a raspberry pi to run my garden at WiFi enable so I can feed,turn up and down the fans and lights from my phone but that will need my to learn to code but why not ??
