The landrace team?

Very legit. Collectors of landrace genetics from all over the world. A couple of the people involved are Lil Bald Man Lala from from Derg Corra Collective in Denmark and Cristalin from Underground Seed Collective, both of whom have been around for ages. A lot of the lines they offer are feral collections, so be aware that it's often not like growing something that's been worked by human hands; and undesirable traits that have been bred out of modern cultivars will still be present in some specimens, but there will also be rare and unique expressions not typically found in the stuff you're used to. They do also have some worked heirloom lines though. Without naming names, there are more than a few breeders whose landrace lines have come from them and no credit has been given, with fantastic stories being invented to explain where they sourced their "super secret landrace lines". Another legit source of unique landraces is Angus at The Real Seed Company.

So I got a like on this comment and just wanted to follow up. I'm no longer so sure about these guys. Seedheaven (Lala/Derg Corra) no longer carries their gear - I was told because they were "all about the money"; I was mistaken about their level of involvement, as they were only a vendor for the TLT seeds, not part of the team. I also don't think Cristalin is involved with them either, just that they might have used a line he had previously worked with. And I heard that they were caught using stolen photos awhile back and Frenchy Cannoli called them out on it. I also emailed them asking about their "1975 Pakistan" because their write up on it strongly implied that it was the original UBC Chemo parent strain. The very next day, they had a completely rewritten description up on their site. I honestly think they may have just been reselling bulk seeds from JOTI by the way they made it sound at first. While I was happy with their Chitrali, I can no longer vouch for the legitimacy of their stories or their genetics. My apologies to anyone who may have bought from them based solely on my reccomendation. It was true to what I knew at the time, as I have dealth with Lala for many years and he's never carried anyone's gear on his site that wasn't on the up and up. I certainly hope I didn't inadvertantly steer anyone wrong. I will say that I think their genetics are probably fairly true to their descriptions as far as they know, but I'm not so sure they're not just reselling seeds for a profit of making f2s of other people's work/collections, writing a new description, and marking up the price.

Been in contact with them recently, their seeds are not cheap in my opinion(around 11 dollars a seed), anyone that has grown any of their strains and what where/are the results, good bad?

@Hawg Wild, you did post they were not quite as good as expected, still of that opinion ?

Got there uganda, durban and png they are legit 100% sativas .I don't care how they got there genetics they offer stuff that other breeders hold onto and don't sell to public so charge what you want. Ace seeds is my favorite breeder tlt is my favorite for my breeding projects.Makeing f1's of a 100% sativa and a mostly indica is when you find something unique and potent.

The Chitrali was legit but I won't buy anything else from them based on their deceptive sales tactics and the wishy washy answers I got when I emailed them. I haven't had any further contact or dealings with them since my last post on this thread.

I tried to grow the Uganda and no luck, 20 seeds later and nothing. If any know about the high or have made seeds of it, I am all ears. The Congo Black is legit, nice throwback to my early Mexican pot days. '74 and around then. Great high, starts trippy and gets into happy land with easy landing.

Have Punto Rojo seeds coming to replace the dud Ugandan ones.

Recently requested a strain list with prices from them, could not get that for some reason.

Only possible on strains of interest and they are kind cheap, so I think I will keep looking around...

The LRT is run by a guy who used to come on the forums as riddly. A guy who was known for trying to get genetics from private collectors on the forums by any means necessary. A lot of those strains have now ended up on his site with write ups claiming those strains to be sourced at their places of origin/p1 landraces an no mention of a lot of them being heirlooms with no credit given to the actual provider, an then priced quite highly. If you have had something rare in your collection an have mentioned an documented it on the forums im sure you would would ov most likley been contacted by this guy asking for the genetics in some shape or form, be it under various names an repetedly coming at you with various different angles an stories. It is a good thing these things get out to as many people as possible to ensure their survival, but that can also work against something that people think is comon an people no longer give it as much time, importance an care as something rare an can end up being lost. Though his methods of obtaining some of the things are questionable an stories given to them dubious with very little credit or acknowledgment given to the actual provider, an then the prices can be silly. Does seem to be all about the money.

Just to make clear, im not saying tlrt facility isnt good an usefull an im not saying the genetics are bad (although in some cases the names may be altered slightly to sound more original an appealing to collectors, eg BCO's Colombian black was renamed Llanera), the genetics can be good an in some cases quite rare. They will send you what you order an will keep in contact with you till the product reaches your destination. Its just the way the guy behind it went about sourcing alot of the genetics, then puting them on the open market without proper credit or in alot of cases without permision. His methods of getting those genetics by any means necessary, then putting them on the market many times at a huge mark up( eg many strains from ace seeds an cannabiogen that were originaly priced much much cheaper) an his whole mind set an motive seem to be driven around making money. Maybe over time he may change, but i doubt it.
