So my plant is mid veg stage and I have recently gone from a 900 watt led to a 2000 watt quantum led...I have been giving her the base nutrients from general hydroponics , cal mag , silica, algen extract, rapid start, some molasses, a small dose of pure nitrogen, and I ph it down to 5.7-5.8 average...what is it going through? And the leafs are a bit light green and twisting a bit...can someone help me with a solution

Try doing nothing but more water. Don’t ph it. Don’t feed it. Top dress with great castings or better yet transplant into large plastic container with fresh ocean Forrest. Like a 7 or 10 pot.
Would that be like a flush?

sure like a flush...TBH i think your just over thinking everything here. I only suggesting what i did because if your in soil, you should just learn to grow the plant, and practice watering, and let soil do its thing. Up potting will help big time.

The 2nd being nutrients PhD under 6 and compost tea phd under 6

Looks overwatered and growing in soil requires pH of 6.5 - 7
I think that was the day I flushed it with 5 gallons of phd water...should I just raise my ph to 6.5 and let the soil dry?
Yeah I think I fucked up by flushing it with too much water and then feeding it some nutrients afterwards....should I just let it dry out?

Yes...your pH range can fluctuate a little in that range, but if it is too low or too high, your plant will not get the nutrients it needs.

Typical off the shelf chemical adjusters? Those will destroy your microbial life. Not sure about organic adjusters....

If you want to go organic - do it ! But by no means is picking an organic product to bring down ph “going organic”

you really want to ease and benefits of organic soil. Go all the way.
I can help. either starting from scratch or using a product like fox farm soil.
But don’t mix chems and soil. One or the other.
don’t ph water. Soil needs to be buffered from When’s it’s built. Most commercial bags of soil will be buffered and ready to go.
Don’t grow in small fabric pots, or better yet. Don’t grow in small pots at all. You want easy success give yourself enough soil. 7-10 gallon pot or even bigger. Skies the limit
earth worm castings. Top dress -thick. Will add nutrients and beneficial microbes and create moisture lock on top of soil. All things soil needs!

I could go on and on. Snd it’s been extremely slow at work today... I cut to the end of rant on organic soil.
It’s not science for most gardeners. It’s just nature. We really don’t have to understand it to know it works. Just think like a microbe. Try to establish the living aspect of the soil.

your problem is you don’t need silica ,calmag or any of the nutes your using just straight water in soil and soil has enough silica already in it you would use in hydro setup and then it’s not even necessary...and when your going into flower then you will need more nutes only when the plant needs the added energy right now there is so much energy for it it’s swimming in salts .. good luck on your grow , cheers!

dude, slow down. Flush only if you fucked it all up! PH in organics means very little. Too much is the common problem most often. Whatever you do takes 10 days or so show up. Relax. And welcome to RIU...
