I can't quite tell in photos but are they on a narrow table or is it possible to group them under the light a little more? If you don't mind the power usage by all means use the two for better coverage in a row but even at 30% power and say 24" would likely be more than enough until they perk up and you resolve any other issues. As they recover, slowly increase power and also use to control your node spacing. If leaves bow down or burn at tops, or node spacing becomes too tight and bunch as if they don't want to grow upwards, back off on power. If the leaves aim upwards and nodes are a nice spacing for flower, you're at a good place and can increase wattage to max as you get into flower. I don't know exact spec of your lights off hand so much is rough guideline based on these type 100w lights. A par map off one of the yt guys will give you exact heights and intensity to aim for at different stage. Peace
