my dry i never had a bad word about it .....i dry in the same area i grow in 65 at rh 55 is begging for powdery mild
personally i like using the baskets lay it out in tiers and get a more even dry then it turned upside down and hung
72 f rh 50 with a fan that has 2 axis of movement (up and down left and right) the dry takes 7 days then buck up put in jar with a boveda 62% pack

back when i was selling illegal in maryland i never had a chance to cure it 100% it would all be sold with in 2 weeks
All my testing comes back non detectable ever time not a trace of mold mildew or any sort of bacteria.

then u did not push the plant with nurt burn and were organic

i use part chemical feed in my system to get the most out of the plant and it needs the flush fox farm trio pack of powders

got to ask what state are u in and what did u make on the LB .......oregon is so flooded lucky to make 400 a lb
I know a couple dudes that sold weed here in Oregon for years before legalization. They are now struggling financially because the market is gone and they don't have any real job skills because they spent most of their lives selling weed on the black market. Now all their former customers go to one of the hundreds of dispensaries in the Portland area or across the river in Vancouver where they have the option of choosing from dozens of different strains. I've always had a day job so when my activities years ago selling weed came to an end I was able to continue making a good living with legal employment.

Legalization has decimated the black market in Oregon. I'm sure it still exists but not anywhere like it did before. Lot's of product going outside the state to places where there is still a black market and prices are still high.

Everywhere is flooded right now lol!
What you think everyone's been doing this whole Pandemic?
Everyone I know is growing now!
Then we have the Internet places like this to teach us how!

I keep an eye on the legal choices here in Alberta, it's actually pretty cool how it's evolved and expanded since we legalized in 2018, however I refuse to pay tax on it and the prices are quite high for quality or concentrates. I will never buy black market weed again either, especially after what I've learned with sites like this and growing my own. Black market is a total gamble on what's in it or how it was grown unless you know the grower(s) personally, which I no longer do.

So no more buying from either... well except maybe seeds, but at least they are sold by a "somewhat" retail-type outfit. But I am going to seed a a couple plants myself next grow as well, so honestly no need for that unless I want something new.

..anyways, that was my long winded way of saying, I think most are growing their own, not buying from dispensaries.

Anywhere from 2100 to 2800 a lb. I push, I burn just the tip and carry on. You need to have your drying game on point and you sir don’t. Mid 70’s is too high, 65 degrees and 55% rh 14 days of dry time. I’m also in OK.

ive ran Athena in coco and avg was 3/4lb or more a plant on that run. Ran them hard enough to get quality product never flushed still came out perfect.
Charging $2400 in Vegas a lb

That's insane. You won't be getting prices anywhere close to that here in Portland regardless of how good the weed is. We be swimming in weed here.
Oklahoma is closing the door on grow licenses and dispensaries. This way the market doesn't get over saturated. Also to drive ppl out. If you let your license go that's pretty much it you won't get it back. There needs to be a cap or else you get that market that turns to shit.
Granted I'm a veteran and a network engineer as well so I have back up just incase.

I personally don't care one way or the other what goes on in the cannabis market here in Oregon. I don't buy from dispensaries or the black market so the price of weed has absolutely no effect on me whatsoever. And I don't sell it so no loss for me as well. Some have had their livelihood taken away due to legalization. But they should have had a fall back occupation to begin with.

I want the cannabis market to thrive. If they end up running mom and pop growers out then all there will be left is big corporations. Honestly I feel like if they end up letting big businesses run the cannabis market it’ll make the home grower unable to grow at home due to some sort of cannabis lobbyist on the senate floor.

So I'm with @Lordhooha ....dont waste any more time on that gal. Chop her down tonight and start a new one. Those nanners they're referencing above by the way are an intersex trait that can self pollinate your plant (or others around her) if you weren't aware. Occasionally they're genetic but they can also be stress induced (likely your situation)

Time to practice your dry and cure now!

The cannabis market will thrive. It just won't be Ma and Pa thriving.

The future is already set. Big money will run the show. There will be niche markets and some that do make it but the little guy will for the most part eventually be squeezed out of the for profit market.

Nothing is going to change that. It's already in progress. And as more states legalize it's just going to accelerate the process.

It happens in all industries. The same thing is happening with organics. Small organic companies are finding it hard to stay competitive with companies like Scotts that can spend millions and have access to shelf space at the big box stores. Now they're getting into Organics. Maybe some cannabis growers won't buy their products but the availability and lower cost will have many purchasing their products. The gardening industry They can sell cheaper and lose money on every sale for years to drive out any competition. Deep pockets can win the battle. Then once everyone else is gone they raise the prices. The gardening supply business is tens of billions of dollars a year.

You have nanners for sure so maybe some seeds. You definitely had some issues she’s looking like a roughed up hooker. Give her at least another week then cut her and your loses down and start fresh.
Just finished trimming this girl over the weekend. 4.5 ounces of some very dank and pretty looking bud. I am more than happy with my first harvest. now on to cure for a couple months. I ground some up before jarring just to try and it was delicious, very deisely/gralicy smell and taste. cant wait for how it develops during the cure. thanks all for the help. The nanners must have formed very late as I did not find any developed seeds while trimming. also got 10 grams of 73 micron hash from the trimming and another 15 grams of 120 micron hash. Was not expecting that much from one plant but I believe I got so much due to the foxtailing across the lower plant which I didnt keep, I threw all that into trim pan. Now I have to make a new post to address some issues on my newest grow and I know you all can help! :)
