8 Day old clones

I recently pruned my main plant for a mainline, and decided to try and clone the cuttings. I used rooting powder and Root Riot cubes, and they're in a DIY dome. I'm misting them 2-3 times a day, and they all seem to be surviving. However, there are no roots visible through the cubes, and the tips of the clones are just starting to turn yellow. The plan is to transfer them to soil once they've rooted, but should I be fertilizing them in the meanwhile? I have the FF trio, plus an organic Fish/Kelp emulsion on hand.

Give them water ph 5.5 and another week you'll see roots.

How long? I have my own problems cloning, but can say one sign good stuff is happening is when you see the stem thicken up at the top of the hole in the riot cube.
