Put the NFTG on the shelf, get you some Jack's 321, feed between 0.8-1EC @ 6.0 PH fully saturating the coco until runoff matches what you're putting in. Wait 24 hours. Return for further feeding instructions.
Or.. dig 'em out and drop 'em in soil.

I know. Not what you want to hear but the majority of attempts at organics in coco don't fare well. I could show you my attempt at NFTG in coco, growing a very forgiving BubbleGum strain but, it would make us all sad.

No, I've never grown in coco so my comments are based on my experience growing in soil which may not be very relevant

I grow in Coco and build my own substrate. I'm 100%veganic and never have any problems. NO TILL LOS with a 4" cocao bean hulls mulch layer. All my plants thrive!!

Update: things have improved greatly. It appears I should have been feeding more...I went to 100% (as directed by feeding schedule) lol and things are looking proper.
