you can super crop those stretch parts.

squeeze stem between fingers until you hear crack.

then again and bend it over!

My crop before last, the plant in the middle stretched after netting at 21 days so into week 4 it was still stretching lf.
I won't accommodate a tall plant at the expense of the others so that left one option the pruning shears,
I cut down every top to the nearest canopy height node, FF 90 days the average was was around 4oz per plant the one I topped every branch on was 8oz/234g iirc...fluke or predictable idk?

Why would you want to cut off flower growth?

There is some cannabis broscience about topping buds to increase yields but it's just nonsense.

Leave the damn plants alone and let them grow. Stop staring at them for hours. Go for a walk or something.
Too tall and approaching the light with nowhere to tie is just one scenario.

And it worked spectacularly for me but as I said idk if was a fluke or predictable?

Haha. I have found some bro science to work well. Such a schwazing although it does seem to work better on high leaf ratio plants..

do u all think based on these pics I should even worry about it I still have plenty of over head room? I'm him a. End up schwazzing any how.. I know it's bro science but I always yield more when I do...20210602_125329.jpg20210603_102207.jpg

U said harvest before last.. did u try it again last harvest.. I mean double yield is serious

No I've not tried it again I've not had the opportunity, the crop after was already planned and shaped by the time I was aware of it, this cycle is only a single plant I'm burnt out from pheno hunting, the next time will be seed I might get a chance to try it again then.

It's not something I'd expect to repeat but any increase is worthwhile, then again it got the very same treatment there could be something to it, idk but I can guarantee you 100% it's not bull.
