Of course it matters.What strain he’s growing doesn’t matter and neither does the light really, if the plants not done it’s not done. You can’t quantify a grown into an arbitrary number of days or weeks. You have to look at the individual plants and how they are growing. Plants all grow differently and environment plays a major factor in that, sometimes they take their time. Plants aren’t done until they are done, they don’t grow by calendars.
I asked him what type of light he is using. That makes a Major difference. I also want to know the strain.
"Again" all these experts and no scopes in his garden. Looking at his plants are arbitrary one might say.

** to me it looks like he is using a low powered light or not close enough. I know you probably are looking for the calyx's to "crown"..
One last thing I told him to check some of the journals, he might find something similar to what he is growing.
