I use the 20 dollar kit. Fill vial half way. Put 4 drops in and compare color to cart. Usually have to ph down. I test ph before and after nutrient to be sure. I only let plain water in bucket sit out to let any chlorine evaporate out and so water isn’t so cold. I’ll look at a meter today if it’s reasonable enough I’ll get it.

Appreciate the advice. The 90 percent loss was because I grew outdoors and couldn’t control environment or who finds them or animals. This is why I’m trying to learn to do it inside.

Same/ph down. I'm using 1 1/2 tsp/ gallon adjusts it to 6.5-6.8

Most of the brick and mortar places have to charge more than Amazon
So if you want them to remain in your town you have to pay the extra cost
It is a tough call , I now only support one grow shop and they have gone downhill since covid

My hydro shop is cheaper than Amazon for everything. Even @J232 shops there and he lives in a different province lol.

Lol what. Brick and mortar coco is cheaper than Amazon. Every time. If you're paying more locally than Amazon than you're the sucker.

I couldn't imagine not being able to go to a grow shop.
Theres 2 on the same street here. Lol.
Back in the day when we used to wear sunglasses inside so other people wouldnt recognize you outside of the shop. Lol. Used to go to this shop located in the back of a plaza next to a strip club. Shady as fuck hahaha tales of cops writing down lisc plate numbers and such scared the shit outta me. So we used to park down the way and scope it out before loading up! Lol. Always cash no paper trails. Come a long way since then.

The one that was here was similarly shady and it felt like the employee was a cop who probably felt like every visitor was a cop.

I’ve been experimenting with coco cubes and rockwool, so it’s been a couple of years since I’ve bought bulk coco. I’m going back to coco and fabric pots after this cycle. How many 3 gallon pots does a bag fill?
