Black spots on leaf

Just wondering if someone can help me out identifing these black spots. I don't know if I should be concerned I only found about 6-8 leafs like this off a large otherwise healthy plant.
Did have an adjacent garden with aphids, currently under control.

Growing in 30 gal soil, 25% compost 25% manure 25% Top Soil 25% Perilite.
Ammended with GIA Green 4.4.4 and 2.8.4
Top dresses with worm castings and tea.
