thrips?

keep to myself and dont take new clones very often, and always quarantine. strain ive been running for a long time suddenly has what may be thrips?

you can see the leaf damage (white spots and small black poop)

isolated to just a few plants on the fan leaves

this tan/brown one looks like it might be growing wings? havent seen any fliers

ive also see some green larva/worm looking ones. all are just over 1/16" of an inch long

spinosad? ive got a tent halfway thru flowering where i havent seen any, the affected tent is about 3-4 weeks into 11 weeks of flowering

ive also got some coming up that are less than 2 weeks since flip and havent flowered yet, id like to fully dip those and any subsequent clones

Neem will take care of them within a week if it hasn't turned into a infestation yet.

i prefer azamax over neem its less messy. will it work for a dip? i know i have both aza and capn. jacks spinosad around somewhere, but its been a year or more i cant find them, need to go shopping tomorrow

Looks like you’re at the PUPA stage of the thrips lifecycle just after the PROPUPA and just before adult.

personally I like spinosad to deal with them (if I ever get them) but Citric Acid is another one that may help get rid of them and as least damaging to the environment etc as possible.

In my last run I ran into a issue also in mid flower. I chose to do manual removal of infected leaves then I increased my negative pressure, lowered temps and made it very inhospitable for them. lots of wind thrips are responsive to movement so if you shake branches and cause lots of movement on the canopy they will stay low. I managed to limp my plant to the finish line fairly well considering the climates weren't optimal for the plant. If there's a way you could drop your humidity below 40% and below 23c It will be difficult for them to thrive. I am new to growing and this probably isn't the best of advice but I thought I would share.

Also after about week I couldn't find any more brown bastards or new signs so I think it worked..
