Wouldn't commuting Roof's sentence to life yet executing the next black man in line (justice system is biased toward executing black men) be an injustice?

Because if Roof is selected out of death row without any other changes just propagates bias toward executing black men. Change the law.

No sarcasm. The death penalty is currently by gas or lethal injection and if you've been over the topic before, then you know that...sometimes that shit doesn't work very well and is downright cruel. If the killing of anything must take place, I can only support the humane version of it. I wouldn't even want Hitler tortured, because if you kill something/someone out of hate, it's immoral, imo. The use of the word isn't clever, it's very specific, because humane treatment is a key component of any society worth living in. Even killing must be done humanely. There are worse things than ceasing to exist.

So, execution is still okay with you, as long as it fits your definition of humane? What's worse than ceasing to exist? Just curious. Is it spending life behind bars?

American eugenics historically, is a misinformed notion that selective breeding enforced by white majorities(from slave era to modern day) results in a better society, when in actuality it produces offspring of higher value to the class that owns/coerces them. That's all, the quality of human just slides further to sociopathy.

As far as sources and literature, read meinkampf by hitler himself. His own opinions are laid bare.

You want evidence that hitler liked native american concentration camps and modelled his ethnic cleansing after americans? Really? If you're so curious you should be able to expend some effort without recoiling at the thought of "doing your own homework". I did make the claim, so I will have to defend it, it's not difficult.

1) When you put (sarcasm) immediately after the word "euthanize", it is plain the parenthetical comment refers to the preceding word.

2) Interesting that you discount my already having answered with an improved killing method, one that is known free of pain and distress if administered by surprise. The distress comes in allowing the executee know for a long time what is coming. As for how they do it today, I was not in that decision loop. I agree that cyanide gas is cruel and unnecessary. The lethal injection? You'll have to back that claim.

We are having that problem again with imprecise communication, and I am being clear a d concise. I am getting pretty tired of trying to herd your cats.
