Thanks fyfe!mine are doing fine, they were 4 weeks on monday passed. mine stink to, my flat stinks of a mixture of drying hindu kush and lowryders
yours are coming along nicely though, they look really healthy to.
Check out who dropped by my house today. She came to get a whiff of my plants...

They are high, usually in the 80's. I don't know how to fight this problem though. I had a computer fan in there but it wasn't doing much of anything, so i just bought a small desk fan that i leave in there. Any suggestions how to get it in the 70's?

Does that work? I know i've heard of people doing that in like hydro reses, but i've never seen it just in a grow box. I'm almost just want to buy some mini fridge and put them in there. That would be a nice solution, but probably way too expensive for what I'm willing to spend. Are you going hydro next Fyfe?

Haha, I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for that. I'm going hydro too, with a six plant set up. I need to figure out how to get a nice yield. I feel like this first grow is going to be a learning experience more than a nice yield. I'll have to try out your bottle technique soon. Maybe wrap them in foil too, to keep them chilly a little longer.

Shit, I never even noticed you wrote this. Are you going to start your hydro grow soon? Or are you waiting for your current grow to finish? Here are some pics I just took! It appears as though some of the pistils are frying up. However, it's only on the top pistils, so i think it's my overhead light being too close. So I moved it up an inch. Enjoy!the hydro set-up we have is 4 x 25ltr buckets on a complete flood and drain system. expensive stuff. never even been used before
any pic updates on the plants?
P.S. I took all these pictures at the same time, so they are just repeats from different angles. But the last shot shows my new power skunk in action!

yeh it will be getting set-up very soon, just clearing the grow room from the last grow (hindu kush) and all the home brewed cider lol. soon as thats finished we'l get it all set-up. its a 2 way venture and the grow room is at a friends place, less risky there.
got some heavy budding going on. what with yours being nice and compact lol. mine just spread out all over the place haha.

You gotta put up a journal for that one. I know, mine are tiny little girls. I think it's from my cfl's being so close, or maybe just all that stress they endured in the beginning of the grow. I can't wait for them to finish up though. I really want to start my hydro grow with my blue streaks and diesel ryders. But first I have to figure out how to get the damn temps right.

yeah im considering doing a journal for them, the way things have been on thi site at the minute though im unsure if i want to. to many ass's in this place nowadays. see how it goes though eh.
i dunno i think its do do with the phenotypes in the plants because mine was never any further than 6 inch away from my hps, if it got any closer it would be touching. mine just went crazy lol. they look stretched but i cant see why really. yours are looking like most lowryder grows iv seen.

It's been a while since I've posted but heres some new stuff:
It's week 8 this friday and I am just waiting for the trichomes to amber a little and then i'm cutting these things down. I moved my grow room into the garage because my dad wanted it out of my room. When we moved it we put a nice little fan on it and temps have been way lower. Something's causing my plants to yellow, but I don't care because i want these things out soon for my hydro grow. We also added a new shelf, so i can fit some more lights in my room for clones or seedlings.
I started a Power Skunk seed maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago and i'm getting ready to flower soon, but it looks really tiny for some reason.
I've also just started 4 blue streaks and 4 diesel ryders. I'm gonna put those in a hydro setup pretty soon here.
I think i'll let the buds cure for a couple weeks and then i'll jar them up. I can't wait to smoke my own trees!

the yellowing is natural, is the plant taking the nitrogen from the leaves in order to fatten up the buds. it just means there on there way to being ready 
when you say cure for a couple of weeks do you mean dry mate? the curing process happens when you start to jar and burb it. drying for 2 weeks might be ott?

Do you mean how tall they are? Or how long i've been growing them? They're about 10 inches tall and it'll be nine weeks this friday. I think their size has something to do with the fact that I'm only using cfl's and a t5 light overhead. But they still look pretty decent for the method's used. Thanks for stopping by DSN!
