Thanks I'll go move them up. And i thought so too about the rockwool, but that little thing is so shriveled again. It's probably way dead by now.

How do the lights look in the pic? I just moved it up from an inch to about
4 or 5 inches above the plants.

I must have stunted the growth of these plants because they are a little behind compared to others I've seen. But oh well, as long as I get to learn through this first grow, I'm happy.

I decided to add a couple nutrient solutions into the mix. The first one was Ironite plant food and the next was Foxfarm Big Bloom. Each was added on a different watering day. I'm trying to up the Nitrogen because two of my plants are looking pretty yellow. I also added some Epsom salts and Hydrogen Peroxide. I was told I needed some Mg so that's my reason for the salt and the peroxide was so they can get some more oxygen. I'm not sure if they really need it, but I'm a learning newbie, so what the fuck?

Now I'm just gonna sit back and watch where they go from here.

There abit to young to be giving all those nutes yet in my opinion. the yellowing dont look like a deficiency it looks more like nute burn?

just be careful mate.

Thanks! I'll wait for more yellowing and if it persists i'll end nutes.

So I just did the dumbest thing i've done yet. I ripped some leaves off on accident when trying to check my plants out with my new microscope. I hope this isn't too bad.

Haha! I bet you want to smack me by now. I know, I gotta quit being an idiot. I'm trying real hard though! It's just so hard to resist messing with them. Sometimes I just sit there and watch them for what seems like hours.

Hey Fyfe, I wanted to ask you, did you get a lowlife seeds card with your seeds? I got one and it has what looks like a 9 letter/number code and next to it it says *15 seeds. Do you know what this is?

P.S. I just bought some diesel ryder and blue streak auto seeds from dope-seeds.com! I'm pretty excited to receive them.

na i got my seeds from EDIT (everyone does it) it sound like a promo card for some free seeds. why not go onto the site and enter the code in the promo bit see what it brings up.

i want some diesel ryders for my grow after these, they look real nice plants to grow.

Two of my plants began to show sex. Now i just have to pray that they don't form balls too. I think I'll switch to all 2700ks soon.

Welcome back to my pathetic thread! Today I have some nice pictures of my three females to share. Let's wish them luck!

Edit:
I forgot! Last night when I went to gaze at my cuties, i saw a white bug making its way up my best girl's stem. I didn't want to grab at it and I wasn't fast enough to jump up and grab the tweezers. Instead i just watched it and then blew on it. I'm looking at pest control now to figure out how to prevent this from becoming worse.

There starting to look real good now. did you manage to work out your nutrient and watering techniques?

can i ask what nutes your using? iv not used any yet but i could do with starting soon.

I feel like they aren't doing that well because i've been so busy with school. To fix my watering problem I just constantly check my moisture meter and let the plants go dry a day between waterings. And for nutes I've been using Ironite liquid plant food. I only started using it because my dad recommended it to me for greening up plants real nice, and he swears he was some garden guru in the garden shop he worked at when he was young. I also have foxfarm grow big, big bloom and tiger bloom, but I have no clue when to use any of them, so I'm thinking they will be used in the next grow. I just need to get my basics down right now.

Today is four weeks. These were taken last night. I think this leaf got burned because it got in a light. I found it this morning and just about shit. I've calmed down though. They are really starting to kick into gear.

My plants appear to be doing very well. They are shooting pistils out left and right and i can't wait until the plants are full of buds.

I also just started one of the g13 power skunk seeds that were a part of their promotion going on in the past month. It's got a taproot popping out already, so I plan on letting it grow for a week or so and then going 12/12 by taking it out of my room and putting it somewhere dark for the dark cycle. I really want it to be a male so I can make seeds with my lowryder 2. But I'm not too sure about making seeds, and I may be past the time when i can do this. I need to do some reading to figure this out. But even if it isn't a male, that means more buds, so I'll be more than happy with either outcome.

there looking really good now. how old?

mine started budding now, lots of little bud sites.

have they started to smell.

This friday will be the end of 5 weeks. I think they may be a little behind since I shocked them early in their veg cycle. Rather than age, I'm going to pay more attention to the color change in the pistils.

They don't smell too much yet. Sometimes I put them right up to my nose so I can get a whiff of them. One of them reminds me of some sort of coffee. Whatever it is, it's refreshing! How are your girls doing? I'm gonna go check out your thread right now.
