I know first hand as a small business owner, its not my fault is ups or usps trashes my packages, it really should not be on the fault of the seller, if you have the ability always get insured packages so you can file a claim and recoup your costs, i realize this is a giveaway so its a little bit different, but you cant blame the businesses for usps and ups mishandling unless the business sent you say a glass cup in a poly bag

I agree with what your saying as a small business owner myself for 32 years. But....my UPS & Fed-Ex Freight accounts cover my outgoing shipments for loss and damage its outlined in the tariffs published. As a business owner anything coming into me that's not correct as in costing me money for damage and or loss is on the carrier or shipper. I do however do EVERYTHING in my power, NOT to aggrivate my customer when their is a issue.

No reply yet ???
Well now.... just received a response from Spider-Farmer via email and they said light received, waiting on engineer to repair will forward tracking....

And .....



We.....



Wait..



We'll see what happens......

likely because the person who use their social accounts isnt the same person at the wearhouse your product was returned too, so they dont have an answer for you until the person at the wearhouse inspects, receives, places into damaged file etc etc
theres alot of work that goes into business running it isnt as simple as

1 customer x problem, okay sure ship out the next one you arent their only customer theres alot of gears that work together,

I was told it was the one and the same person I've been dealing with. Do you know different? 1 / I just want to run their gear as a potential customer who was lucky enough to win such a generous prize and 2 / do a side by side so I know how many we should purchase for production.

Update...
Spider-Farmer saying contents missing.... I knew replacement parts sent to me would have been the way to go. This is getting muddy...
