I super duperAs long as you don’t bring up flushing..hahahaha
I promise/pinky swear I will NOT bring up flushing…it’s so personal and I never know if I should go into the wiping part or keep it classy! That and politics. As long as you don’t bring up flushing..hahahaha
I should add, I have not seen one caterpillar and I spent 3 hours looking today. But it happened in other years and I didn’t see them until it was way too late…thx in advanceSo I have another question. Before you go say “search first stupid noob”…hear me out. I did search and found all kinds of competing thoughts both for and against.

Can I use BT is late flower? I used 3 different sprays during veg but stopped when the buds really started to form. I know that’s not really accurate and I’m not counting weeks cause I don’t really even know when “flower” starts but when they started looking like something that could go in a pipe I stopped (except one area on one cola I suspected possible caterpillar damage).

I ask b/c I am getting small mold sections. I’m catching it SUPER early but there is a 3rd today (see below - very top of that cola). The caterpillars are here, I know that! Im not sure this is caterpillars but I would say yes because this time it’s the top of a bud and the most exposed to what I would think deters bud rot. So will it mess with the bud taste or something, I do plan to wash before hanging.
I’m not sure the answer there. I don’t use it. All I will say is bud rot scares the living shit out of me. And from what I read you don’t really treat it. You chop it off and get rid of it, and treat the surroundings hoping it hasn’t spread. If you have bud rot you could be in trouble. So I have another question. Same. As I have learned on this forum bud rot and caterpillars are two different things that produce the same outcome…sorta. I saw a plant 2 years ago go in 2-weeks - just from caterpillars. At that time I was only spraying neem oil and have adapted but stopped all the spray a month ago or so.I’m not sure the answer there. I don’t use it. Thanks buddy. Appreciate it.You don't want to use BT heavy into flower. I stopped using it altogether but you are not supposed to apply after the first couple of weeks of flower IIRC.
I think I may be having that issue. None of the leaves are yellowing on one of the candyland photos I am growing from seed. I used the same soil, feeding and watering techniques on the three plants. The only thing I may have done for the green one is double the biolive vegetative fertilizer (on accident) in the beginning of vegetative weeks.I'm more worried when I don't have yellowing leaves towards the end

what will possible happen if the leaves never yellow?
Thanks

I'll spray up until ~10 days from my *projected* harvestI spray up til harvest...I just wash my buds before drying.
So I had a tissy-fit at 50-something and not proud…but didn’t cut her down either. I hear all these east coast growers getting pounded with rain and I’m bitching about some rot… I picked out 8-10 bud rots out and read up on this some more. I am going to watch it carefully and see. If it just starts melting (like years past) I’ll cut it down but really trying to experience one of these things going the whole way. This is the farthest I have ever made it!
I more picture. I removed this one cola today (a secondary one) that had some rot starting. It may help with how done it is because I hear people talk about the little calaxes swelling. Is that the little brown things at the base of the stem that look like triangles? It looks swollen I guess but this is my first time looking at that part of “ripeness”.Okay y’all it getting closer. At this point I have gone further into “budding” then ever before. Mostly thanks to this community. My question now is now or another week or so.. I am continuing to loose a bud or two to bud rot per day. The leaves are not great and I will adjust that next year (I only added soil nutes when I transferred to the 65G pots until pretty late). But can anyone tell if I should take her down? I see cloudy on the buds and amber on the leaves. Apologies in advance if I’m high maintenance. I’m super excited to see what I yield!!!
This looks ready to me. One more week if the rest of the plant looks like this and is rot free. Great job!I more picture. I removed this one cola today (a secondary one) that had some rot starting.
